Anderson Cooper on clothes, shopping, and food

Some highlights from a recent Philadelphia Inquirer article

"I don't think of myself as a hip guy. I'm a boring geek in a lot of ways."

For one thing, he hates clothes. "As a kid, I thought about being Amish as a way to solve all my clothing issues." He hates shopping. "Once a year, I make a mad dash for clothes."

He skips breakfast and consumes one food every day for lunch and dinner until he's sick of it.

Currently, it's grilled salmon. Before that, it was pesto pasta for two months. Before that, Domino's pizza. As a youngster, he had a coffee ice cream phase, a baked potato phase, and a spaghetti phase.
